Who we are

Data we collect

• Account details such as email, profile name and sign-in metadata.
• Usage data such as pages visited, actions taken and device or browser information.
• Content you submit in prompts, uploads and generated assets you choose to store.
• Billing and subscription data processed securely by payment providers.
• The details you enter when you book a call.

How we use it

• Provide and improve the PRAGMA platform.
• Authenticate users, secure accounts and prevent abuse.
• Generate the content and features you request.
• Prepare the call you booked.
• Send important service, billing and support communications.

Website visits

When you book a call on our website, the list of pages viewed during your visit is attached to your request. A recording of your browsing exists only if you accepted it. Text entered in the booking form is masked. Replay chunks are deleted by daily cleanup after 30 days. To withdraw, reopen the question and choose "Decline".

Raw analytics and session data are kept separately for 25 months. Contact details and the visit summary attached to your booking request remain in the booking task and are not automatically deleted with the replay.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors (such as hosting, analytics, authentication and payment providers), when legally required, or during a business transfer.

Your rights

Pragma applies Monaco Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on the protection of personal data and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You can access, correct, delete or export your personal data and object to certain processing. Write to contact@pragma-serve.com. You can also contact the Monaco data protection authority (APDP) or the authority of your country.
