1. Acceptance of terms

By using Quirel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old to use Quirel.

2. Accounts and access

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• Information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. User and generated content

You keep ownership of content you provide. You grant us a limited license to process it to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Prohibited use

• No illegal, abusive, or fraudulent use.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security.
• No malware generation or unauthorized access.
• No misuse of API keys or rate limits.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Paid features are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled. Fees may change with prior notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

6. Termination

You can stop using Quirel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security or legal risk.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, DATAPERL SAS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Courts in Paris, France have jurisdiction unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
